Return Policy
Due to health regulations, opened bath and body products are non-returnable. If the packages are unopened, you may return the items for a full refund minus the shipping. The invoice in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning
an item.

Here are the basic steps:
• Complete the return form located on the bottom of your invoice.
• Enclose the return form inside the box and retain the top half of the invoice for your records.
• Pack items safely for shipping and affix the return shipping label located on the invoice.
• All packages must be sent through a traceable and insurable method.


REIMBURSEMENT
  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges).
  • Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive your return and process your credit. Once the return is processed, we will send an e-mail confirmation of your credit.
  • Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

International Orders
At this time, we are not shipping our products outside of the United States. You may place an order to be shipped within the United States if you are using a credit card with a U.S. billing address which is drawn on a U.S. bank.
